Group classes

Strength & Conditioning - TOTAL BODY

Is a crucial aspect of all fitness and health plans. This is a X-Training foundation, our RD1 carrier, designed for TBT (Total Body Transformation) combining: Functional exercises, mobility, injury prevention and rehab, cardio endurance, muscle strength workout, core stability and performance. Designed to increase your ability to perform daily routines as well sports activities in a competitive level. This workout is designed to strengthening all body as an effective way to burn a massive calories amount.  It's a superior workout. Fun, effective, and results based. 

Strength & Conditioning - FAT BURNER

 A conditioning and cardio workout targeting areas of your body like never before. This is a high intensity workout that incorporates elements of cardio, resistance and core training to deliver a workout for your entire body.  

Pump Barbell

This fun class focus on strengthening various muscle groups by lifting, thrusting, and squatting using barbell and/or dumbbells. Great for toning and strengthening, as well burning local fat in certain areas. All levels welcome.

Step Cardio

A classic cardio workout to deliver results. A full body cardio to tone your lower body. The “step” is a raised platform where you step up, down and around from the platform in different patterns to boost your cardiovascular system and strengthen your muscles, especially legs. It’s fun, with great songs, fantastic choreographies, and a nice place to distress! Highly recommended for fat loss and legs to be toned. 

Cardio Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. It's a high energy workout designed for all levels; build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging class.

HIIT+ Workout

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout focused on exerting maximum energy during short periods of time. Is simple, dynamic, athletic and an effective workout. Equipment used are included but not limited to dumbbells, barbell, slam balls and body weight. Dynamic, Fun, Group, or Individual effort.
