MUAY THAI

Designed to all levels, fundamental drills and skills will be revised on every session even if you’re an experienced Muay Thai practitioner. Offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, elbows, kicks, and knees including loads of cardio and conditioning. You'll learn great techniques blasting out rounds on the kick shields and partner drills.

We understand that most people cannot afford to be injured. Our training is designed to be safe with a strong emphasis on getting a great workout while learning Muay Thai fundamentals. The art's training philosophy and skills will be practiced 100% authentic with the use of techniques that is put together for participants to drill in order to learn the proper balance and mechanics of practical combos.
