*Health and safety
If you have the flu symptoms, a cold, a fever, or any other contagious illness, please remain home until you are cleared from your physician and in case of fever, at least 24 hours without it. Using the fitness area with a contagious illness puts you and all other members at risk. Illness causes an individual's system to become weaker, and injury might increase significantly when training under these conditions. Furthermore, given the nature of physical training, the transmission of contagious diseases occurs quite readily. Bottles of disinfectant and paper towels are available for cleaning. Please be courteous of fellow members and use the supplies provided in the area to clean the equipment after being used.
*Fitness area attire
Proper athletic attire must be worn while exercising.
*Equipment usage procedures
For the courtesy we ask that you please use the equipment with care and to please wipe down all equipment after use.
Please do not slam or drop the weights. Ask trainer staff for help, we want participants to have the best experience ever!
